When you comment about The Camel Bookmobile, put CB in the labels along with your name. When you comment about Windfalls, put WF in the labels along with your name. That way, it isn't confusing.

For that matter, it shouldn't be a problem if you want to add a comment about a book we read last year. For example, if you want to comment about The Other Side of the Bridge by Mary Lawson (October 2007), put OSB in the labels along with your name.

If you want to read all the posts discussing The Camel Bookmobile, click on the blue linked CB in the label of ANY of the discussion and you'll get ALL of the posts with that label. It also works if you go to the sidebar where I have "archived" all the books we have read. Click on the one you want and you'll get the whole discussion.

And THAT, dear buddies, is why I've been carefully keeping the labels accurate (using DQ only when there are actual QUESTIONS and the initials without DQ when we are answering the questions or otherwise sharing something about the book. Got it?Bonnie Jacobshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07813549471704485150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7116725405154613998.post-9035473037042379982008-04-25T18:17:00.000-04:002008-04-25T18:17:00.000-04:00I went to the library today! Bonnie can let me know if I can still post comments and answer questions as I read, please? I don't want the blog to get confusing as we move on to another book.

I'm going to LibraryThing the books and start reading one of them tonight. I also checked out Run by Ann Patchett (I loved Bel Canto) and Beautiful Boy by David Sheff.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16374611790605336205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7116725405154613998.post-67628890068876926502008-04-25T06:00:00.000-04:002008-04-25T06:00:00.000-04:00Yes, I have started reading Windfalls. The writin...Yes, I have started reading Windfalls. The writing is quite descriptive. I am not sure if I like this style as I prefer more action. I'm only a few pages into the book though so it might improve. My other "complaints" are that instead of chapter numbers each chapter is a word or phrase (I prefer numbers) and the chapters are the first seem quite long (I prefer shorter chapters that I can finish at a short sitting).

However, I do hope that this is a book that generates more discussion than our latest books.Shirleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10155188609487120887noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7116725405154613998.post-5088691848191159582008-04-24T12:36:00.000-04:002008-04-24T12:36:00.000-04:00Hola Shirley! I requested it online and have already received it. I gave up on B&N getting it.

I am wondering if Windfalls will be our May book? It looks like my library branch has a copy in according to the online catalog and I'll try to snag it tomorrow if it is our next read.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16374611790605336205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7116725405154613998.post-59769584742436292752008-04-23T16:37:00.000-04:002008-04-23T16:37:00.000-04:00It isn't too late, and I'll tell you if you repeat...It isn't too late, and I'll tell you if you repeat anything.
